Samples of Other Scenarios with Similar Advantages
If you still have a hard time believing that huge opportunity exists within the proposed Resort Opportunity, consider the following scenarios.
The Discovery of a New, Closer Location for a Product in High Demand (general notion)
Whenever there is a demand for a product created by many successful businesses in one location of the world, and that product does not exist in another location of the world (and the demand does exist), the discovery and production of that product in the new location will often create a great situation for good profit.
For an example, imagine that there were zero copper mines or copper finds in the entire American continents, and imagine that copper has been mined and sold throughout the world from mines only in Asia. And then a major find is discovered in Canada somewhere, and this particular copper is located near the surface and very easily and cheaply mined, in fact, it can be mined at half the cost that it costs to mine the deep copper in Asia. The markets of the Americas have a large demand and the transportation to the buyers will be inexpensive as is the actual mining expenses for the other copper in Asia.
If it became easier and cheaper to obtain copper from the Canadian copper mine, it stands to reason that sales for this Canadian copper to the American continent buyers should grow rapidly and that profits should soar.
Imagine having the only GOOD Ski Mountain in North America (another analogy)
The sport of snow skiing started in Europe, and ski resorts first grew up in Europe. Imagine that the North American continent was almost entirely flat with only small hills and only ONE BIG MOUNTAIN. Travelers from American continents heard about great skiing in Europe and sometimes traveled there to enjoy it, but only the very, very rich could afford it.
Continue to imagine that a few small and very mediocre Ski Resorts pop up around America on some of the very small hills that can provide only second-rate skiing (as in Minnesota today). Then a foresighted developer sees the benefit of that ONE BIG MOUNTAIN in America. This mountain compares favorably in quality and in size to European mountains, and our foresighted developer builds a first class ski resort on that mountain.
Do you think that this one and only GOOD Ski Mountain Resort would capture a ton of business and become hugely profitable?
